Paradise Red (Purple Stripe, Hardneck)

By far our best producing hardnecks. We’ve had some bulbs weighing from 1/3 to nearly 1/2 a pound each!! With just 5-7 cloves, you’ll likely only have to peel just 1 for an entire dish!
It's beautiful purple stripes make for great market appeal. Grown for generations in the Paradise Valley, MT (just a couple hours north of our farm), where it gets its name. A little spicy, a little sweet, complex and rich in flavor. It stores throughout most of the winter and also makes for exceptional garlic powder!

Georgian Crystal (Porcelain, Hardneck)

Magnificent large bulb porcelain-type adaptable to many climates. When raw, somewhat mellower than many others, with a crisp garlic flavor that holds well during cooking. Very cold tolerant with large, tightly wrapped bulbs that can make for huge heads if well fertilized. Plants are so vigorous and eye-catching you’ll want to plant close to the road!

Inchellium Red (Artichoke, Softneck)

The cloves have a mild and savory aroma and their flavor is neither mellow nor too pungent but provides a rich and robust taste with a medium level of spiciness, even when eaten raw. Cooking the garlic simply brings out more of the garlic’s depth. We love braiding this variety and it it our longest storing garlic which takes up right up to the following year’s harvest.
